*Re-evaluation policy:
A re-evaluation is required when re-establishing care for your child 12–18 months after graduation from therapy. After 18 months post-graduation, your child will benefit from a full evaluation.
Bundle & payment-in-full discounts:
Discounted visit bundles may be available when services are paid in full at the time of scheduling. Contact us to discuss current options and what's best for your child's plan of care.

Travel:
CPTS serves Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. If services are requested outside of our usual service area, a small travel fee may apply. Your therapist will discuss this with you prior to scheduling.
Referral Bonus:
Our goal is to provide care that makes you want to refer us to family and friends. If you/your child’s name is listed as a referral source on an intake form, we will credit your account $50 during an active plan of care.
To remain HIPAA compliant, we will not share who listed you as a referral source, and we will not disclose to them that you/your child is affiliated with CPTS.
